Please be aware that due to the office closure for the holidays, the last day we are accepting Real Estate closing is December 20th until the new year.

In order to allow our wonderful staff the opportunity to spend some extra time with family and friends, we will be closed over the upcoming holiday season as follows: We will be open on Friday, December 23 until noon and then closed for the holidays and we will reopen for business at 8:00 am on Tuesday, January 3, 2023.

The Land Titles Offices in Alberta are currently experiencing the longest registration delays in their history.  As of the second week of March 2022, documents submitted for registration will finally be registered in the second week of June and Land Titles is actually registering documents submitted during the first week...
