Our COVID-19 Response

The health and safety of our clients and employees is a priority as we monitor the coronavirus (COVID – 19).  Our office is still open Monday – Friday, 8 am to 4 pm to serve our clients.  We have taken extra precautions to ensure everyone’s health and safety.

We have increased our daily sanitization practices throughout our office.  In addition to our daily cleaning practices, we have increased our frequency of cleaning high touch items and client areas such as meeting rooms, reception area and washrooms.

We have decided to suspend booking any out of office appointments during this time.  We recognize that this is a stressful time for people. For this reason with respect to Wills appointments, we will be providing our clients with the option of giving instructions over the phone during this time.  However, signing of the documents must still be done in person.  This option is designed to limit the time you are in our office should that be a concern.

We are recommending employees to stay home if they are feeling ill.  We also recommend that our clients rebook any non-essential appointments if you are feeling ill.

We are continuing to monitor developments closely and are following the guidance of public health authorities.  As the situation changes we will be changing with them and keep you informed.  Thank you.

Stan Galbraith is currently away from the office recovering from recent hip surgery.  We anticipate that Stan will be away for a few more weeks.  However, Stan will be working remotely from home during his recovery.  We send our best wishes for a speedy recovery.
